He has rich experience in handling administrative reconsideration and litigation, including administrative expropriation of land and houses and compensation, administrative agreements such as land transfer contracts, administrative confirmation such as rural equity confirmation, administrative licenses such as licenses for construction planning and engineering, administrative confirmation and registry of land and houses, administrative penalties for illegal construction and administrative injunction, etc.
