(I) Logistics Sector Cases
1. Represented a shipowner enterprise in a subrogation dispute against the Marine Insurance Operation Center of a domestic property insurance company, fully exempting the shipowner from compensation liability and achieving 100% loss mitigation.
2. Represented a Suzhou cargo owner in a transportation contract dispute with a Turkish airline, facilitated amicable settlement and secured HKD 1,335,000 compensation for the client.
3. Represented an NVOCC in a delivery without bill of lading dispute against a Brazilian cargo owner, fully exempting the NVOCC from liability; this case has become a typical domestic precedent for delivery without original bill of lading disputes.
4. Represented a Henan transportation enterprise in a property insurance contract dispute with the Shanghai Branch of a property insurance company and successfully obtained indemnity for the client.
5. Represented a Shenzhen logistics company in a lithium battery cargo fire loss insurance dispute and successfully recovered full insurance indemnity.
6. Represented Shenzhen Logistics Co., Ltd. in a property insurance contract dispute with the Dalian Branch of a property insurance company and secured insurance compensation.
7. Represented Shenzhen Logistics Co., Ltd. in an insurance contract dispute with the Wuhan Branch of a property insurance company and obtained favorable indemnity judgment.
8. Provided full warehouse rectification compliance services for a world-famous international supply chain enterprise, drafted customized warehouse management rules and optimized the client’s warehousing and logistics compliance management system.

1. Represented the Shenzhen Branch of a domestic property insurance company in a subrogation recovery lawsuit against Defendant Chen et al., successfully recovered RMB 10,526,164.6 plus corresponding interest.
2. Represented the Shenzhen Branch of a domestic property insurance company in a subrogation recovery lawsuit against Defendant Zheng et al., successfully recovered RMB 11,350,934.85 plus corresponding interest.
3. Represented the Marine Insurance Operation Center of a domestic property insurance company in a maritime cargo transportation contract dispute against a shipowner, successfully recovered RMB 1,510,047.
4. Represented an online property insurance company in a cargo transportation contract dispute with a Guangzhou logistics enterprise, reducing the client’s loss by RMB 1,680,000.
5. Represented the Shenzhen Branch of a domestic property insurance company in a subrogation recovery lawsuit against Defendant Chen, successfully recovered RMB 4,693,551.08 plus corresponding interest.
6. Represented the Shenzhen Branch of a domestic property insurance company in a subrogation recovery lawsuit against Defendant Gong, successfully recovered RMB 3,664,471.71 plus corresponding interest.
7. Represented the Shenzhen Branch of a domestic property insurance company in a subrogation recovery lawsuit against a Shanghai freight forwarding enterprise, successfully recovered RMB 875,945.61.
8. Represented a property insurance company in a subrogation dispute and recovered RMB 1,000,000 from an Anhui logistics enterprise.
9. Represented an insurance company in a subrogation dispute and recovered RMB 7,742,543.48 from a shipping enterprise.
