Ms. Diana Parusheva-Lowery is a licenced lawyer in Bulgaria. She started practice in the banking and financial sector in Bulgaria. She has over 20 years’ experience in legal consultancy and representation as well as in policy and regulatory development. Diana has expertise in energy, climate change and sustainability sectors, and has assisted the UK Government, EU Commission and International Development Banks in designing and implementing regulations and policies. She has a strong global multi-cultural orientation, having worked and lived in Bulgaria, UK, UAE and now China, as well as a multi-sectoral experience including private and public sector, think tanks and advocacy groups.
